Camascope is an electronic medication administration record platform built to cut medication errors, using real-time prescription data, pharmacy integration, barcode validation and audit dashboards. The company says it processes more than 28 million doses a month across 85,000+ social care residents.
In June 2026 it was acquired by Person Centred Software, bringing dedicated medication management into one of the sector's largest connected-care groups, a sign of how the digital care record and eMAR categories are converging.

Medication safety is the highest-stakes, most regulator-sensitive corner of care tech, which makes evidence everything. Post-acquisition, the live question is whether Camascope keeps its specialist identity inside a larger platform.
