A 'Connected Care Platform' combining digital care management, eMAR, wellbeing and staff-dependency tools: one of the most widely used digital social care record systems in the UK.

The read

Person Centred Software, founded in 2013 by brothers Jonathan and Simon Papworth, has built one of the most widely used digital social care record systems in the UK, which it now positions as a 'Connected Care Platform' spanning care management, medication, wellbeing and staffing.

It has grown aggressively by acquisition, absorbing tools including Oomph Wellness, KareInn and, in June 2026, the eMAR provider Camascope, and the company says its platform now supports more than 300,000 elderly-care residents.

The Bridgehead view

The clearest consolidation story in UK care tech. As it rolls up adjacent tools into one platform, the narrative challenge shifts from product to integration: proving the acquired parts add up to a single, coherent system.
